Why does my video have a watermark?
Watermarks are applied to all videos generated on the Free Plan. This lets you test the platform and see output quality before committing to a paid plan.
How do I remove the watermark?
Upgrade to any paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro). Once you're on a paid plan, all videos you generate will be watermark-free and ready to publish or run as ads.
I upgraded my plan but my video still has a watermark — what do I do?
If a video was generated while you were on the free plan, it will retain the watermark. Generating a new video after upgrading will produce a clean, watermark-free version. If you're still seeing watermarks after upgrading, contact support and we'll investigate.
