Managing Your Video Assets and Library on Tagshop AI

Where your videos, images, and product assets live on Tagshop AI, how to keep them organised, and how long they're stored on each plan.

Written by Andy from Tagshop AI

As your video output grows, a tidy library saves you hours. Here's how your assets are organised on Tagshop AI and how to keep them working for you.

Your Three Asset Homes

  • Library: Every generated video and saved draft, in the left sidebar.

  • Asset Generator: Every generated image and every video created from an image.

  • Product Catalogue: Your product images and content, grouped by project.

Organising With the Product Catalogue

Group product visuals by campaign or product line so everything you need for a launch sits in one place. It keeps your assets clean and ready when you're building videos or product photos.

Steps

  1. Open the Product Catalogue.

  2. Create a project for a campaign or product line.

  3. Add the product images you'll use.

  4. Return to the project whenever you create new content for it.

Working as a Team

How Long Your Videos Are Stored

Retention period

Starter

Growth

6 months

Pro

12 months

When the period ends, videos move to trash and are permanently deleted with no recovery option.

Build Your Own Backup Habit

  • Download finished videos you plan to reuse.

  • Save them in folders named by campaign, product, or platform.

  • Keep your best-performing ads as a swipe file for future Ad Clone and template work.

Tips for a Clean Library

  • Give videos clear, consistent names when you save them.

  • Render or remove drafts you no longer need.

  • Track which variations won so you know what to recreate.
