Getting Started — Common Questions

How to log in, access the video editor, create your first product video, render drafts, and understand video resolution and generation time.

Written by Andy from Tagshop AI

How do I log in?

Go to tagshop.ai and click Log In at the top right. Use the email address you signed up with. If you're having trouble, use the "Forgot Password" option or contact support.

How do I access the video editor?

From your dashboard, go to Tools and click Video Creation — it's the all-in-one video editing tool.

I don't have a company domain — can I still sign up?

Yes. You can sign up with a personal email address (Gmail, iCloud, etc.). A company domain is not required.

How do I create my first product video?

Use the AI Video Agent on your dashboard home. Just describe what you want in plain, conversational language — no professional prompting needed. The Agent will guide you through the rest.

For example: "Create an energetic reel for my gym brand" is all you need to get started.

How do I render a video draft that I've already saved?

Go to your video library and find the draft. Look for a Render or Generate button on the draft card. Rendering typically takes a few minutes.

How long does it take to generate a video?

Most videos are ready within 5–10 minutes. If a video has been processing for more than 20 minutes without completing, contact support.

What video resolution does Tagshop AI output?

Three resolution options are available — 720p, 1080p, and 4K. The maximum quality depends on your plan:

Plan

Max Export Quality

Starter

1080p

Growth

4K

Pro

4K

Where are my generated videos?

All your generated videos are saved in the Library section. You can find the Library in the left sidebar of your dashboard. If a video doesn't appear immediately after generation, give it a few minutes and then refresh the page.

Where are my generated images?

All generated images — and any videos generated from images — are saved directly inside the Asset Generator itself. Go back to the Asset Generator where you created them and you'll find everything stored there.

I'm getting a "Voice Preview Failed" error when cloning my voice — what do I do?

Start with a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) and try again. This resolves the issue in most cases. If the error continues after a hard refresh, please contact support through the chat and a teammate will look into it directly.

[Fin: if hard refresh doesn't help, escalate to human chat]
