What are credits?
Credits are the currency you use to create content on Tagshop AI. Every time you generate a UGC video or use an AI-powered feature, a set number of credits is deducted from your balance.
How many credits come with each plan?

How many videos can I make with my credits?
Credits are charged per second of video generated. The rate varies by AI model and resolution:

What this means for a 30-second video:
Seedance 2.0 Fast at 480p = 12 credits (most economical)
Wan 3.0 at 720p = 15 credits
Seedance 2.5 at 720p = 39 credits (recommended quality/cost balance)
Seedance 2.0 at 1080p = 63 credits
Do credits expire?
Yes. Credits on monthly plans expire at the end of each billing cycle — unused credits do not roll over. Credits on annual plans are valid for the full year.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase add-on credits directly from your dashboard without waiting for your next billing cycle. Add-on amounts vary by plan:
Starter Plan — 20 credits per add-on pack
Growth Plan — 50 credits per add-on pack
Pro Plan — 50 credits per add-on pack
If you're regularly running out mid-month, upgrading to the next plan tier is likely more cost-effective than buying repeated add-ons.
Tip: Choosing Seedance 2.0 Fast at 480p or Wan 3.0 at 480p gives you the most videos per credit.
Can I get an unlimited plan with no credit limits?
