Cancellations & Refund Policy

How to cancel your subscription, what happens to your access after cancellation, and the official refund policy for monthly and annual plans.

Written by Andy from Tagshop AI

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to the Billing section of your account and click Cancel Subscription. You'll be prompted to provide a reason — submit that, and once approved, you'll be given two options:

  • Cancel immediately — access ends right away

  • Cancel at end of term — you keep full access and all remaining credits until your current billing period closes, then move to the free plan

If I cancel, do I lose access right away?

Not necessarily — it depends on which option you choose at the time of cancellation:

  • Cancel immediately — access ends right away

  • Cancel at end of term — you keep full access until your current billing period closes, then move to the free plan

My plan still shows as active after I cancelled — is something wrong?

Please raise a ticket through the support chat and a teammate will look into it for you.

Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy depends on which plan you're on (from the official Terms of Use, effective April 15, 2025):

  • Monthly plans — No refunds after purchase. Final and non-refundable.

  • Annual plans — Eligible for a refund only within 3–7 days of purchase, AND only if zero credits have been used.

  • Exceptional product issues — Case-by-case. Requires documentation and internal approval. Not guaranteed.

  • Quality dissatisfaction — Not automatically refunded. Reviewed individually.

For any refund request, contact support and a teammate will assess your case.

I was accidentally charged for an annual plan — I only wanted monthly. Can I get a refund?

Please raise a ticket through the support chat and a teammate will take it from there.

I forgot to cancel and was charged again. Can you refund it?
