At Tagshop.ai, we want you to have complete flexibility with your subscription. Here's everything you need to know about canceling your subscription and our refund policy.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Tagshop.ai subscription at any time directly from your account settings:
1. Log in to your Tagshop.ai account
2. Navigate to Settings > Billing & Subscription
3. Click on "Manage Subscription"
4. Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
5. You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed
What Happens When You Cancel
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to all features until the subscription expires
- Your content and data remain saved for 30 days after cancellation
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime before it expires
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
Annual Plans:
- Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase
- Pro-rated refunds available within the first 30 days
- After 30 days, no refunds are provided but you can use the service until the end of your billing period
Monthly Plans:
- Refunds available within 7 days of initial purchase
- No pro-rated refunds for monthly subscriptions
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
How to Request a Refund
If you're eligible for a refund:
1. Contact our support team at [email protected]
2. Include your account email and subscription details
3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
4. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
Pausing Your Subscription
Instead of canceling, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months:
- Go to Settings > Billing & Subscription
- Select "Pause Subscription"
- Choose your pause duration (1-3 months)
- Your billing will resume automatically after the pause period
Downgrading Your Plan
If you need fewer features, consider downgrading instead of canceling:
- Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
- No refunds for the difference in plan pricing
- You keep your data and content when downgrading
Data Export Before Cancellation
Before canceling, we recommend exporting your data:
- Go to Settings > Data Export
- Request a complete data export
- Download all your UGC content, analytics, and campaign data
- Data exports are available for 30 days after cancellation
Reactivating Your Subscription
Changed your mind? You can easily reactivate:
- Log back into your account
- Go to Settings > Billing & Subscription
- Click "Reactivate Subscription"
- Choose your plan and update payment details if needed
- All your previous data and settings will be restored
