Steps to Pay by PayPal
Open the chat in your dashboard.
Tell us the plan and billing cycle you want.
A teammate sends you a PayPal invoice.
Pay the invoice and your plan is activated.
Managing Your Billing
Head to the Billing section of your account to view or manage your subscription.
Click Upgrade in the top right of your dashboard to change plans.
Monthly plans renew on the same date each month. Annual plans are billed once, upfront, for the year.
Card Declined?
Check these first:
The card hasn't expired
International transactions are enabled with your bank
The billing address matches your bank's records
You haven't hit a daily spending limit

Unexpected Charge or Credits Not Updated?
