Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Cards:

• Mastercard

• American Express

• Discover

Debit Cards:

• Visa Debit

• Mastercard Debit

• All major bank debit cards

Digital Wallets:

• PayPal

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

Business Payments:

• ACH Bank Transfer (US only)

• Wire Transfer (Enterprise plans)

• Purchase Orders (Enterprise plans)

• Invoicing (available for annual plans)

How to Add or Update Payment Method

Step 1: Access Billing Settings:

• Log in to your account

• Click profile icon

• Select Subscription

• Click Manage Billing Info

Step 2: Update Payment Details:

• Click Add Payment Method or Edit

• Enter new card information

• Verify billing address

• Save changes

Step 3: Set Primary Payment:

• Select preferred payment method

• Mark as primary

• Remove old methods if needed

Billing Information

What Information Is Needed:

• Full name on card

• Card number

• Expiration date

• CVV/Security code

• Billing address

• ZIP/Postal code

For Business Accounts:

• Company name

• Tax ID/VAT number

• Business address

• Purchase order number (if applicable)

Billing Cycles

Monthly Billing:

• Charged on same date each month

• Automatic renewal

• Email notification 3 days before charge

• Receipt sent after payment

Annual Billing:

• Single charge for full year

• Renewal reminder 30 days before

• Discount applied automatically

• Annual invoice provided

Invoices and Receipts

Accessing Invoices:

• Go to Subscription page

• Click Billing History

• Download PDF invoices

• Export for accounting

Invoice Details Include:

• Invoice number

• Billing date

• Payment amount

• Plan details

• Tax information

• Payment method

• Prices shown exclude taxes

Failed Payment Handling

What Happens:

• Email notification sent immediately

• 3 automatic retry attempts

• Grace period of 7 days

• Account suspended after grace period

How to Resolve:

• Update payment method

• Ensure sufficient funds

• Check card expiration date

• Contact your bank if needed

• Reach out to support for help

Common Payment Issues

Card Declined:

• Insufficient funds

• International transaction blocked

• Expired card

• Incorrect billing address

• Daily spending limit reached

Billing Address Mismatch:

• Verify exact address with bank

• Include apartment/unit number

• Check ZIP code accuracy

• Update if recently moved

PayPal Issues:

• Confirm PayPal account active

• Link valid funding source

• Remove spending limits

• Verify email address
