How to create an AI Twin, control expressiveness, manage uploads, use product mockups, and clone your voice — everything about avatars on Tagshop AI.

How do I create an AI Twin?

You have two ways to get there:

  1. Left sidebar — Click AI Twin directly from the navigation bar.

  2. Tools section — Find AI Twin listed under Tools.

Once you're there, a popup will appear showing your existing AI Twins. Click Generate your AI Twin, then upload a clear, camera-facing image of the person you want to create the AI Twin for.

  • Maximum image size: 50 MB

  • Use a clear, front-facing image for the best results

  • The image can have any background — you can customize the background later

After uploading your image, you can clone your voice and complete your AI Twin setup.

Your AI Twin is typically ready within 4 minutes. Generating your AI Twin costs 1 credit.

If your AI Twin is still processing after this time, please raise a Human Intervention request so our support team can check the status and assist you.

Is AI Twin available on the Free Plan?

Yes. AI Twin is available on all plans, including Free.

You can create an AI Twin using a camera-facing image and clone your voice without upgrading to a paid subscription.

Once your AI Twin is ready, you can use it to generate a 15-second AI Twin video on the Free Plan.

Credit costs for AI Twin

  • AI Twin generation (setup): 1 credit

  • AI Twin video generation: 15 credits per minute of video duration

For longer videos and higher usage, paid plans are available.

How do I generate a video with my AI Twin?

Once your AI Twin has been created:

  1. Go to AI Twin from the left sidebar or Tools.

  2. Open My Avatar.

  3. Select your AI Twin.

  4. Click Upload Avatar.

  5. Add your script.

  6. If you're on the Free Plan, make sure your script is under 15 seconds.

  7. Click Generate Video.

Your AI Twin will deliver the script using your selected voice. Video generation typically takes 10 to 15 minutes depending on the complexity of the video.

Can I control how expressive or animated my avatar is?

There isn't currently a direct slider or setting to control the avatar's facial expressiveness.

However, you can control the voice's style exaggeration under Voice Settings. Adjusting this setting can make the avatar's delivery feel more natural or less exaggerated.

For deeper facial-expression or animation customization beyond the available Voice Settings, please contact support so our technical team can look into your requirement.

How do I delete an AI Twin upload?

AI Twins cannot currently be deleted once they have been generated.

Is my AI Twin private?

Yes. Your AI Twin is private and secure.

Tagshop AI does not share your AI Twin or your data with other users. You remain in control of how your digital twin is used.

How do I get an avatar to wear a product mockup?

You can create an image of your avatar wearing or holding a product by following these steps:

  1. Upload your avatar image.

  2. Upload your product image.

  3. Click Generate.

The platform will generate an image showing your avatar holding or wearing the product.

Can I upload my own voice?

Yes. AI Voice Cloning is available on all plans including Free.

You can clone your own voice and use it with your AI Twin to create videos with a consistent voice and delivery.

For the best results, use a clear voice recording without background noise and speak naturally.
